After 401 days under siege, New York City reopened to the world. From May to August of 2021, I photographed various moments in New York City and Northern New Jersey during the first COVID-19 recovery period.

In the summer of 2003, an idea was proposed. In 2004, that idea became reality when Columbia, Missouri hosted its very first True/False Documentary Film Festival. Twenty years later, the festival attracts a myriad of creatives from both Central Missouri and across the globe.

For residents of Columbia, Missouri Paquin Tower is an anomaly, in that it is not only an exceptionally tall building for a Midwestern college town but its residents are almost enigmatic. What's inside is a close-knit community of residents from around the world.
